If you’ve seen a property in our portfolio that you like, once you have registered with us (and that’s just as simple as filing in a form online, or, even better, coming in to see us at one of our 9 branches in Swindon) you can get out and start those viewings! All our viewings are accompanied, which is best for buyers as well as sellers.
Regular communication is vitally important so before, during and after viewings we’re there to answer questions and keep you up to date every step of the way.  The sales progression role is critical as it’s about getting you where you want to go.  There is also quite a bit of paperwork to navigate so its good to know that you’ve got a safe, NAEA qualified pair of hands to guide you through it.
